By accessing or using the DARBAZIT platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including trainers and clients.

2. Description of Services

DARBAZIT is an informational platform that connects fitness trainers with clients seeking sports and fitness training services in Georgia. Our services include:

• Trainer profile listings and search functionality
• Online booking request system for training sessions
• Communication tools between trainers and clients
• Review and rating system

3. User Registration

To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. User Obligations

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Respect the rights of other users and trainers
• Not attempt to circumvent the platform for direct payments

5. Payments and Fees

DARBAZIT is an informational platform. Payment for training sessions is made directly between the client and trainer, outside of our platform. Trainers set their own prices. The platform offers optional paid subscription plans (Pro) for trainers who want enhanced visibility and features. Subscription fees are displayed in Georgian Lari (GEL).

6. Limitation of Liability

DARBAZIT is an informational platform that connects trainers and clients. We do not process payments for training sessions and are not a party to any agreement between trainers and clients. We are not responsible for the quality of training services, injuries, payment disputes, or any issues arising from the trainer-client relationship. Trainers are independent professionals and not employees of DARBAZIT. Use of training services is at your own risk.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that negatively affects other users or our platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
